Day 34 (Your favourite Quote)

This has actually proved to be quite a difficult blog!! I've been thinking about it all day, and there are so many quotes that I love but I actually cannot think of my top ones at the moment... So what I'm going to do is list a few which I can think of, but be aware that they may not actually be my favourite!!! 

"Why so sad beautiful lady?" 
This is spoken by Prince Edward in the wonderful film Enchanted. I'm not sure why I love this quote so much but I just found it really memorable! I think its a nice thing to say because if someone said that to me I maybe wouldn't feel so sad afterwards.

"My name is Inigo Montoya, you killed my father, prepare to die."
"Anybody want a peanut?" 


I LOVE LOVE LOVE The Princess Bride. Its one of my all time favourite films and I've known it since my childhood. Inigo's quote is just a classic. Fezziks quote is hilarious if you know the context... which I can't be bothered to explain so just watch the damn film!!!


"That makes me want to buy a cake!"

This quote makes me laugh! This is a quote from one of my favourite TV programmes Larkrise to Candleford by Minnie. I like it because when something makes me happy I want to buy a cake too! 

"Men speak conveniently of love when it serves their purpose" 
This is from the best version of Robin Hood. I just like this quote because in experience I have found it to be true. 
And last but not least, lets finish off with an inspiring quote:

"Women are like teabags. We don't know our true strength until we are in hot water."
These wise words were spoken by Eleanor Roosevelt. I found this quote on a mug that my brother brought for my step-mum, and I've always really admired this thought. I think it appeals to me because I don't feel strong and I don't stick up for myself in most situations but I do think that if I was put into a position where I truly needed to be strong I would surprise myself and others.

Day 33 (What you're craving right now)

Well!! I'd normally have to say chocolate but I'm sat here making my way through a bar of lindt!! Nom nom nom! I think what I'm craving right now is a big long sleep in my nice cosy blankets :) Mmmmm sounds good!!

So today I've gone visiting at home so this blog was a bit more tricky because I don't have my photos saved on this computer (I know I could take them off facebook but thats just no fun!!) So I decided to take a photograph here... and because I've come home to see Greg and I've stolen his laptop i have taken a photograph of Greg! So here you go:

Day 31 (Whatever tickles your fancy)

I'm very sorry tonight guys but I just don't have the energy or time to be inventive!! I've had a long ass day with 7 hours in uni then straight to work until midnight... then having to get up at about 7.30 tomorrow so fun fun fun!! But actually I'm enjoying keeping busy, although I don't have time to do everything that I want to, it is good to not be sat at home all the time! So yes, sorry to disappoint any avid (ha!) readers!

Day 30 (A letter to the friendliest person you knew for a day)

Dear Trawlers Fish and Chip Shop Customer,


I barely know you... I do not even know your name and I only spoke to you for perhaps five minutes but you said something which has stuck to me over a year on now. You told me that I have beautiful flawless skin which is the best compliment anyone could have given me at the time as I had just finished a rough course of treatment to fight my acne. Yes my friends and family had continuously said to me how much better my skin was, but coming from a stranger who didn't even know I'd suffered from a problem was simply amazing and I will never forget it. Keep complimenting strangers because compliments from people who don't 'have to' compliment you is so special and memorable, I just wish I could take on my own advice!

Day 29 (Provide the HEX of your favourite colour)

Uhhhm! This is a kinda weird and boring post... but O.K.

Here is the HEX code of my favourite colour: #9E00AF

The colour is like, a deep purple.. Thats the colour of my room at Uni, and I do like it! Although its not very reliable because my favourite colour changes day to day. But... enjoy! I guess..

Day 28 (Favourite places to shop)

Oh dear! I guess this is a good one for me to do because I'm a bit of a shop-a-holic.... So I'll do a short list of my favourite places in no particular order:

1. Ben's Cookies - Not really shopping but I can never walk past and not buy a cookie!
2. FashionUnion.com - its a clothes website and just really cheap with quite decent stuff!!
3. HMV - Cheap DVDs :D 
4. Argos - I like to make my room look nice :)
5. Co-Op - Fooood! Near me... And recently they've been doing Lindt for £1 so why not?!!!

Top Shop and New Look and such too for clothes... but generally when I go out I tend to browse various shops and go wherever!! Wooo!
